Bradford School of Music

We help students at any age and any level learn to play music. Whether you are beginning from scratch or a seasoned pro looking to add some new ideas to your repertoire, we can connect you with a teacher that is right for you and your interests. We offer guitar lessons, bass lessons, piano lessons, voice lessons, saxophone lessons, drum lessons and more at our North Andover Studios. We also pride ourselves on having a diverse faculty that can teach in any style and create a lesson plan that meets your needs. Most students take weekly lessons and we offer open enrollment - you can sign up for lessons at any time of year.

Come visit our new facility at Osgood Landing in North Andover. Our lesson studio features state of the art technology, a comfortable learning environment and a lounge with WIFI. Each room is equipped with a computer workstation that enables teachers to record during lessons and then burn CDs or email mp3s of these recordings. Students can use these recordings to learn the lesson material quicker when they practice. It can also serve as a document of their progress. We email lesson assignments directly to the parents after every lesson so that they know what their child is working on each week.

News & Events at Bradford School of Music

• 06/10/11 Our new rehearsal/recital room has been very busy since we opened it about six weeks ago. Joe Cincotta teaches all of the drum lessons in this room and his students really enjoy playing the drums on our stage. The kit sounds great in there! We have also started two ensembles.

  • Thursday nights: Classic Rock Band from 7pm. Charlie Hunt has leading the band Search Party for over twenty years.  His band plays everything from the swing era through to the latest hits by today's biggest stars.
  • Saturday afternoons Beatles Ensemble with John Anthony. John has been teaching the band classics from the Beatles vast repertoire. Ensembles cost only $30 per class and you can sign up at any time.

We are now holding all of our recitals in the new room. This will provide a more intimate setting for enjoying our student performances. The new room also makes it easier for our teachers to set up and run the recitals as all of our equipment is already in the room. The recitals will be kept to about 8-10 students so that we have room for family and friends to gather. It also keeps the running time for the recitals to less than an hour – a huge help for busy families!

Performances:

Our teachers will host recitals twice a year during January and June. At Bradford School of Music we feel it is important to give students an opportunity to perform in front of family and friends. It helps them to develop as musicians and everyone loves to hear our students sharing their talents on stage!
