John Anthony (Voice, Guitar, Bass & Piano)

John is a native Bostonian and a multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years of performance and teaching experience. He has performed all over New England, as far west as Hawaii and as far south as the West Indies. A vocalist, bassist, guitarist, pianist and songwriter, John has worked in the capacity of a bandleader and as a sideman playing a wide range of music; Rhythm and Blues, Soul, Funk, Reggae, Soca, Calypso, Zouk, Rock and Hip Hop to name a few. He has performed and/or recorded with the likes of The Bogus Quartet, Grapevine Road, SAXATTACK, Entrain, Caribbean Roots, Daisycutter, The Andrew Clark Band, Legitimate Sun, The Biscuit Boys and many others. Nowadays John is the band leader, lead vocalist and bassist for Bad Moon Rising; a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute act. John brings with him, a great love of music and an excitement about teaching its traditions.

Jen Kearney (Voice & Piano)

Jen Kearney has been playing the piano and singing since early childhood with her spirited Sicilian musical family. For the last 15 years, Jen has toured and recorded extensively with various bands in styles ranging from R&B and soul, to jazz, Latin, funk and rock. She is a singer/ songwriter native to Massachusetts. She has written and produced 3 albums thus far and has performed her original music locally and nationally creating her own style of playing and singing. Jen currently tours as a solo act and with her 7-piece band, The Lost Onion and has been teaching privately.
